It is in excellent used condition, and to be honest, hardly looks used. There are two small indents on the front which you can see in the pictures. I believe it is leather, but am not 100% sure. I couldn't resist buying it when I was in Las Vegas, because well, it screams Las Vegas 80s glam! This belt is meant to be worn at your waist, cinching in a dress, jumpsuit, shirt or blouse. It would be perfect as a shimmery accessory at a concert. It can be worn under a power blazer with shoulder pads if you choose. How do I know these things?
